Steps to Get Started with Xtra Air:

 

1. Assessment:

  • Our team will conduct a thorough assessment of your aeration requirements to determine the most suitable equipment for your specific situation.

2. Quotation:

  • Following the assessment, you will receive a detailed quotation. This includes rental rates, delivery coordination, and any additional services required for your aeration solution.

3. Installation & Support:

  • Upon confirmation and payment, Xtra Air will promptly deliver the aeration equipment. We provide all necessary components, including hoses, cabling, blowers, and aeration units. Our team offers supervision and support to assist your contractor and staff in the proper installation of the equipment.

4. Facilities Owner’s Responsibility:

  • Facility owners play a crucial role in unloading and installing the aeration equipment. Xtra Air Supervisor will provide supervision during this process. Ensure the availability of equipment for installation into A basins or lagoons.
  • 480 Volt three-phase power is required, along with the appropriate electrical disconnect.

5. Maintenance:

  • Facility owners are responsible for the regular cleaning and maintenance of air filters on the blower assembly. This maintenance task should be performed monthly to ensure optimal performance.
